Mexico Bonito was started as a convenience to Cholla Bay cabin owners in "Ramon & Patty's" store around 1985, with Patricia Perez working out of the store. Then her friends in Rocky Point asked her help in town with the sale of their properties.
By the grace of God and a lot of hard work, she feels that her office personnel and she can now serve you the way you should be served with honesty & integrity.

As a young lady back in the 1950'S Patricia Perez, better Known as "Patty", visited Rocky Point with her father who was the first President of the Cholla Bay Club. Her Dad used a young man named Ramon Perez as a fishing guide. Ramon caught the eye and attention of Patty and, as she put it, that's when she "hooked her first fish." A courtship and marriage soon followed.

Besides raising a family of four, Patty and Ramon ran the Cholla Bay radio station, operated water truck service; grocery store and 15 years ago established Mexico Bonito Realty, which is one of the most respected in Rocky Point

Mexico Bonito Bill Paying started when friends in Cholla Bay, who were not full time residents, asked if Patty would pay their utility bills in their absence. This led to what is now Mexico Bonito Bill Paying Services, which obtains and pays your electric, phone, water, trust fees, city taxes, Federal Zone taxes, etc. (When I say obtains it translates to not worrying about bills being lost when stuck in your fence or under a rock and not having to pay penalties because you never received them).

Patty goes to the various offices and picks up and pays the bills so that you are never late and nothing is ever shut off. For part time owners or people with multiple properties it's a great service with a minimal charge. You won't have to worry about receiving and paying your electric bill on time. You won't have worry about when your trust fees, city taxes or Federal Zone Taxes are due. Patty will even maintain your water in your tanks in Cholla Bay. If you have a special bill that needs to be paid just give her a call.

The office is located one block off the main highway, Benito Juarez, on the old Cholla Bay Road. Patty's office is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.
